When you purchase packages with digital negatives, you'll receive the digital files as well as a usage agreement that will give you permission to download the selected images and you'll be granted a private use license for personal, non-commercial purpose. This agreement will allow you to make prints, posting on your website, or use the images for other personal use. The agreement will not give you the rights to edit the photos in any way, i.e. editing the watermark, cropping, filters, etc.. You also agree to not to supply images to any third parties (including vendors associated with the wedding or album designers) without the express, written permission of the Photographer or his assignees.
The release is specific to the bride and groom. Once you receive the digital negatives, we strongly recommend you to back them up immediately in case you lose the files or they become corrupted.
